CrossNet Baptist Network continues to PRAY, GIVE & GO in responding to Hurricane Harvey & Hurricane Irma. Thank you for your continued support. There is great value in Networking and Partnerships. Here are the Highlights & additional deployments to come at this time:
Through the Networking of our Director of Missions, Phil Taylor - he was able to place CrossNet Disaster Relief response in a strategic & immediate phase to deploy volunteers and send aid to Houston, TX (Union Baptist Association – a network of 500 Churches) and to Fruitland, FL to respond to Hurricane, FL. where 400 homes were damaged from winds and toppled w/fallen trees.
As a result, 3 CrossNet Baptist DR Relief Teams comprised of 25 Volunteers from 8 CrossNet Churches have already been deployed to Houston. Our teams have manned our shower/laundry trailer and performed flood recovery/cleanout on approx. 10 homes.
More than $20,000 so far has been given by our CrossNet Churches and Individuals to help the recovery and rebuild efforts in Houston through the Union Baptist Association and DR efforts in Florida
Our Shower/Laundry Trailer has now been in Houston for 2 weeks and will continue there until mid-October
Thank You DR Team Leaders: Jim Polier (FBC Cleveland), Robert Rymer (Mt. Carmel), Pastor Matt Ward (West Cleveland), Mike Finnell (Thompson Springs)

We are securing Church vans and a few personal vehicles/trucks for these trips. Please let us know if you and your Church Van would be available.
