To Our CrossNet Baptist Family of Churches,
We have good news from our LMS Search Committee and our Board of Trustees. Together, we will be presenting Rev. Paul Davis as the candidate to become our new Lead Mission Strategist. The committee received dozens of resumes, broke them down into top candidates, then began interviews with the potential candidates. Ultimately and unanimously, the committee believes that Paul Davis is the ideal candidate for CrossNet Baptist Network.
It is an exciting time for our association as we embark on a new future and a new vision. Paul brings years of both business and church experience to us. He loves the local church, and he loves CrossNet, having served our association in a variety of positions over the years.
We will plan on voting on Paul on Monday night, July 28, at 7:00 pm at Waterville Baptist Church. The vote to elect our new LMS will be the only business of the evening. Please plan on being present with your church messengers for this important vote. We have included a copy of the By-Laws that explains how many messengers each church is allowed.
Be in prayer as we move towards July 28. It will be a great day for CrossNet and for the Kingdom.
