What is the purpose of the Block Party Trailer?

The Block Party Trailer is designed to serve for evangelistic purposes. Churches or organizations may use the Block Party Trailer for VBS, church events, evangelism, and other gospel-oriented functions.

What if my church or organizaation is not CrossNet affiliated? 

You may still use the Block Party Trailer if your church or organization is not in coorperation with CrossNet as long as it is for evangelistic purposes and the $75 maitenance fee is paid before the time of reservation. All fees and forms must be turned in to the CrossNet office before reservation of the trailer is official. 

What are the costs of the popcorn and sno-cone supplies?

How long am I allowed to reserve the trailer? 

The Block Party Trailer may be reserved for only one day at a time to ensure that all of our churches are able to access the trailer. 

Can I use the trailer for a brithday party or other personal event? 

As a general rule, the block party trailer is for evangelistic purposes only. If you are unsure whether your event is permitted for use, please contact our office at (423) 476-5493. 

When does the reservation form, certificate of liability insurance, and fees need to be submitted? 

All forms, certificates, and fees must be submitted by the day of the reservation. All reservations are tenatative until we have the reservation form, COI, and maitenance fee. 

STEPS TO RESERVE THE BLOCK PARTY TRAILER

  1. Contact CrossNet at 423-476-5493 to check the availability of the BP trailer. 
  2. For your reservation to be complete you must turn in the following: 
    1. Reservation Form- fill out fully!
    2. Copy of organization’s Certificate of Liability Insurance 
    3. $50 maintenance fee for network churches (cash or check only). $75 for non-member organizations (must be approved).

**UNTIL ALL 3 OF THESE ITEMS ARE IN OUR OFFICE, YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT COMPLETE AND THE TRAILER CAN STILL BE RENTED TO OTHER PARTIES!** 

  1. Once all documentation is received, you will be given a pickup time confirmation along with access codes. 
  2. Please check from your end to be sure you see your reservation on our calendar once all documentation has been turned in to our office. If not, please call us! 
  3. Please follow all instructions included with your reservation form and the check-in/check-out forms in the door of the trailer. 
  4. Always report any broken or missing items to our office at 423-476-5493.
