CrossNet Baptist Network strives to create spaces where both credentialed ministers and lay persons alike can gather to encourage, edify, and strengthen each other in regular gatherings. A fellowship can be a great opportunity for those who are looking to connect with like-minded leaders in a unified purpose and mission.
Pastor Cohorts
Healthy Churches
Designed to strengthen the spiritual leadership of our pastors and ministry leaders in their contexts, for the goal of balanced and healthy ministry rhythms.
Flexible
Bi-weekly cohorts are designed to suit the needs of busy schedules of pastors and leaders, including bi-vocational pastors.
Open Discussion
Cohorts will consist of a chosen discussion topic, along with an in depth study of a supporting book text that will be paced along every two weeks.

There are currently no cohorts scheduled. Cohort sessions beginning in August 2026 will be released soon.
Pastors' and Ministry Wives Fellowship
The Pastor's and Ministry Leaders' Wives Fellowship exists to serve married women who are walking alongside their husbands in ministry. Hosted by women within the CrossNet community who share in these experiences, this fellowship is a space to build genuine relationships and simply be poured into.
Quarterly Pastor Fellowships
Once every quarter, all CrossNet affiliated pastors are encouraged to join us for our pastor fellowships. These fellowships are designed to provide a space for collaborative ministry efforts, shared vision, and encouragement amongst pastors and pastor associates. Pastor fellowships also serve as a tool for staying up-to-date on important CrossNet events and missions efforts.
