Meet Our Team
Paul Davis
Lead Mission Strategist
Our Lead Mission Strategist was born and raised in Cleveland. He previously served in many roles at Westwood Baptist Church including executive pastor. He also holds a B.S concentrated in general ministry from Lee University and an MBA with a ministry emphasis from Bryan College. Paul’s CrossNet involvement has spanned over the last thirteen years where he has served on the Administrative Team multiple times.
Johnathon Powell
Ministry Coordinator
Johnathon brings over two decades of ministry experience in Bradley County, including more than sixteen years as a pastor. He has been involved in ministry since age 17 and has faithfully contributed to the association in various roles, including moderator, mission team leader, and member of the Ministry Development Team, among others. He is married to Sarah and has two children, Xander and Katie.
David Hewitt
IT Manager/Part-Time Ministry Assistant
David Hewitt has been involved in ministry work since 1999 and has been with the CrossNet Baptist Network since 2010. David is responsible for maintaining our computer network and website. He also works full-time as Store Manager and as the senior certified computer technician at Mac PC Market in Cleveland, TN.
