Meet Our Team

Paul Davis

Lead Mission Strategist

Our Lead Mission Strategist was born and raised in Cleveland. He previously served in many roles at Westwood Baptist Church including executive pastor. He also holds a B.S concentrated in general ministry from Lee University and an MBA with a ministry emphasis from Bryan College. Paul’s CrossNet involvement has spanned over the last thirteen years where he has served on the Administrative Team multiple times.

Johnathon Powell

Ministry Coordinator

Johnathon brings over two decades of ministry experience in Bradley County, including more than sixteen years as a pastor. He has been involved in ministry since age 17 and has faithfully contributed to the association in various roles, including moderator, mission team leader, and member of the Ministry Development Team, among others. He is married to Sarah and has two children, Xander and Katie.

Olivia Ashley

Ministry Assistant

Our ministry administrative assistant comes to Cleveland from her hometown of Maiden, North Carolina, where she began her relationship with Jesus as a young girl. Olivia has served in youth and young adult ministry since age 17 with a passion to see the gospel of Jesus advanced in public middle & high schools. She graduated from Lee University in 2025 with her Bachelor of Science degree in Digital Media & Journalism. Currently, Olivia is pursuing her Master of Theological Studies - Biblical Studies from the Church of God seminary here in Cleveland.

David Hewitt

IT Manager
